Believe in what you do! It’s not just about a job, it’s about the people.
What volunteer experience has impacted you the most?
Signing the walls of a home with the future owner and her son. To know that behind the sheetrock there are many blessing that volunteers that helped build the house have written messages. It is more than just a house, it is their HOME!
What’s one cause you’re passionate about?
Working for Clay County Habitat lets me help famliies improve their living arrangements by successfully completed the program and getting into an affordable mortgage to have a home of their own.
How do you encourage your team to make a difference?
Do what you believe in, deep in your heart, never apoligize for doing the right thing.
