Every order starts with a complete audit of existing citations. We don’t just fix a set list of sites, we actually look at your entire profile and determine every single incorrect citation out there and document it.
Some listings require manual contact via email, so we set up an email on your behalf and document all communications. Since every citation source is different, we created an internal Standard Operating Procedure for each site, so we know the best protocol for getting your citations corrected.
Once complete, we’ll deliver a report with all the citations that we corrected, including any parting recommendations.
