Sample of Copy Needed
Headline: The main message or tagline.
Sub-headline: Any supporting text.
Body Copy: supporting copy to include in design – For longer format projects, provide a link to full copy document
Call to Action (CTA): What should the audience do after seeing the design? (e.g., click a button, visit a website, make a purchase)
Link to Word Count Best Practices – Standard Design Requests
Provide links to fonts, brand assets, logo folder, brand guidelines/book (make sure if links are from Google Drive these are viewable for anyone)
Brand Colors & Fonts: Share link to guidelines, Brand Book or Canva brand kit.
Logo: Share link to logo folder (all formats if possible)
Imagery Style: Photography, illustrations, or iconography style to be used. Share links to examples or to client-provided assets.
NOTE: If using a bulk hour design project, you can refer to the Design Project Assets section within the project if no new items need to be shared. Your design hourly project must have those Google links completed to bypass resharing.
