Over the years, his expertise has been in strategy and operations development & execution; annual operating budget performance; risk analysis & mitigation; and building strategic partnerships for long-term business expansion.
Chris founded a consulting company that empowers clients to frame problems to develop effective strategies and business opportunities. He volunteers time to serve as the Chief Business Advisor for the nonprofit National OverWatch, whose mission is to develop training, policies, and material solutions that helps to prevent violent events in schools. Chris is one of the co-founders of Guardian’s Fortress, serving as their Chief of Operations. Guardian’s Fortress developed software platforms that efficiently streamlines the security inspection process through a digitalized method to mitigate risk and assess security gaps in policy, procedures, and infrastructure for K-12 Schools, Colleges & Universities, Mid to Mega Churches, and Hospitals.
The son of a Navy Sailor, Chris calls Jacksonville, Florida his home - though the military took him around the world and across the United States while serving in both the Marine Corps and Army.
