Short company description:

DRU Relaxation Studio LLC is ONE OF A KIND. We are the originators of Relaxation Studios of this magnitude. There’s nothing like this in Jacksonville & it is necessary. We are welcoming you to our CALM SELF-CARE SPACE. We don’t massage you & kick you out after you are finished. You can reserve our self care studio for 1.5, 2.5 OR 3.5 hours to relax, pray, meditate or even just close your eyes to rest. Everything is customized from the personalized massages, shiatsu massage chair, peaceful music, tropical & nature inspired essential oils, humidifier & temperature control, tranquil video to take you from Jamaica, the Swiss Alps, Tropical Rainforests, a Rooftop in New York or wherever you want to feel like you are. Our Floor Meditation Pillows, Cozy Blankets, Fluffy Pillows & Convertible Lounger has all of the comforts & options that make you feel like you can decompress in peace. You have the entire studio to yourself during your reservation. This is the perfect gift that you can give yourself or a loved one.

How do you define success?

I define success by the level of happiness & joy that I have in doing what I love. I’ve been in the service industry for 30 years & I love helping people.

How did you get started in your field or work?

I started looking for private spaces to decompress for longer than an hour & I couldn’t find one, so I created one. I figured if I needed it, I was sure others did also.
